This is quite honestly the worst apartment complex you can rent from in the entire Tempe/Phoenix area. This is covering the units at 114 south wilson and 110 south wilson next to the showroom. You'll be sharing your unit with cockroaches, and other bugs. Doesn't matter what you do, YOU WILL BE LIVING WITH ROACHES. DOESNT MATTER WHO YOU CALL OR WHAT YOU SPRAY YOU WILL BE LIVING WITH ROACHES. Unfortunely I have to throw away everything in my unit when I move since I'll most likely be transferring bugs from this unit to another complex. This is going to cost me a few thousand. I wish I was lying. So if your not bothered by cockroaches relaxing with you, termite dust falling on you when your asleep, centipeds causually strolling by you in the shower, the ac emitting smells from a pigs taint so foul you'll vomit, scorpions nesting in your closet, and everything including the kitchen sink, bathroom,toilet,stove to be broken - this is the place for you!
