They arrived when expected, outlined what they could do for me on the hard water stains in my shower, stopped mid-way through the process to let me gauge the results before proceeding.
Cody was honest; when I thought they'd need to rip out & replace the tile to make the shower look good again, he advised me of my options which were much more affordable. The shower now looks great for a fraction of the cost we thought it would take!
