I went here after finding a Groupon for 1 syringe of Juvéderm plus. I was super nervous as it was my first time getting them done! I was greeted by friendly staff and everyone made me feel comfortable.
All I had to do was fill out paperwork as any new client, then I was taken into the room to do some before photos and just get a consultation about my medical history from the person performing the injections.
I was given a dental block and a numbing cream so I hardly felt any pain at all. It took 15 minutes to actually numb with the topical cream and my mouth was only number for an hour after with the dental block.
Overall, the experience was super easy and I have no complaints about my lips. I haven't experience pain or bruising either (hopefully I won't) but I love them!
