On time (actually early). Extremely hard working ladies. Did an excellent job in less time than estimated. We were very impressed and have already asked them to return in a few weeks. I've never used an agency before (my usual independent housekeeper unfortunately is sidelined for a while) and was a bit hesitant. Lorenzo was friendly and personable when I called, Amy confirmed the appointment by text, and Sylvia and Sayida did a great job. Very impressed and would recommend without hesitation.
