I just moved into these apartments and I personally believe they deserve more credit than the reviews here. My girlfriend and I had the pleasure of being helped by Amanda who was very kind and very helpful throughout the whole process and answered every question and concern thoroughly and made sure the answer she gave us was correct and even though she was new and didn't know 100% of a certain question, she made sure she got someone right away who could answer it. Some of the reviews here I can understand like the parking situation. It's not assigned parking but they do give you one parking pass that's good for a covered parking spot. I can understand because people want to park super close or in front of their apartment but I work and come home super late and I've never had an issue. I come home and I see of course the parking is full but generally I always get the spot I parked in before or just a few spots down nothing to big of a deal. When we first checked out the apartment Amanda showed us a model. One of the things that get me is that people complain about how the apartment they got is nothing like the model and is deceiving. I don't think I really need to explain how that doesn't make sense. You're paying for an empty apartment unit that you're going to put your own stuff in, not the model. I haven't had an issue with loud noise or kids playing. I mean I know there's kids but that's my opinion. It was never a big deal for us. Their gym also has everything I need for a full body workout. But good luck if trying if there's multiple people in there but it's not a big deal for me to not consider it a good place.
