One star for having no coffee or teapot in the room. Plus, when I asked Guest Services if they could bring a teapot for my room, they advised they could for $35 a day! Obviously they want to drive business to their $9 coffee room service or the equally overpriced Starbucks in the lobby.
Vegas has become the nickel & dime capital of the world. Aria epitomizes this.
Also their restaurant (Aria Cafe) has horribly slow service. Every weekday morning, this massive place is constantly under staffed. With it being 1/3 full, takes almost 10 minutes to seat a group of 5. After ordering it takes almost 20 minutes for breakfast to arrive. At the prices they charge, you'd think the service would be good.
