I'm not a big fan of large companies who extort their customers to begin with but when the guy came out to change my meter and couldn't even return everything to the way it was before he got there well.. I shouldn't really be surprised I guess. All around this really is just such a shitty large company who could honestly care less about anything besides making their dollar.
