Upon walking in and seeing they were not busy at all, no greeting, not even acknowledged like I usually am and every other Starbucks I patronize. I step to the counter and am met by Tyler, who literally does not say a word. Nothing. Just a blank stare back at me. Finally he musters the ability to say a stoic "can I help you"? I order and the only reply from the guy is "here you go" after getting my coffee. Seriously Starbucks?? This is your customer service?!! Ridiculous. Your company is known for a lot of great things but your boy Tyler isn't one of them. What a crappy attitude this kid has and actually the whole team this morning, 3/24/17 had. No smiles, none of the fun atmosphere that's usually at Starbucks. Won't be coming back to this location.
