We booked a helicopter ride and club crawl through this company as a surprise for my sister's bachelorette weekend in Vegas. Two hours prior to the meeting time in our hotel lobby, the helicopter company exhibited complete professionalism when they called to tell us that Vegas Rockstar VIP never paid them the money for the tour (their credit card was declined), so they had to cancel our booking. Nobody at the helicopter company was able to locate them and the only information we were given was that the CEO was out of town. It is now 24 hours later and we still have received no follow up information from them. We purchased three packages through Groupon. We fully expect 100%compensation, but on top of that the highlight of our sister's special weekend was completely ruined. We are looking forward to hearing from them asap on how they plan to rectify the situation. Unfortunately, we leave Vegas tomorrow morning. Please book any club crawl or helicopter tours with an alternate company.
