After going to the Jean Talon Market for years and never knowing about Mota, I was told about it by a family member whose friend had taken them. Ended up having lunch there and taking some of their prepared food home. The food is traditional Italian. Very very good and so reasonably priced. It will now be a regular stop on my market ventures. It's great for people who don't have time to cook all the time. Even though I cook frequently, it's nice to know you can find some real home cooked Italian food and a huge variety at that.
