Just enacted a new rule at this 24 hour store that they close their customer service counter at 10pm and their dressing rooms at the same time. We arrived before 10. The young lady at the counter politely told us the counter closed at 10... At 957 and refused to help us. Pointed to a new "rule" that just went into effect. Poor customer service. Said we would have to come back to return that the cash registers couldn't do it.
I'm used to not having the best experience at Walmart but really? Pathetic.
