My fiancé goes to this healthcare practice and everytime she goes she has to wait about an hour to be seen, The front desk people are rude and act like they don't like working there, the dr is very nice as well as his assistant and the lab techs are nice as well. But everyone else that works there are stuck up and rude. Even when you call they are rude. When asking questions about the bills they want you to pay in office they do not know why you have the bill advise you to call your insurance then they get mad when you don't pay. Why would you just hand over your money when they don't know why you have a balance?
