Ordered an appetizer, it was brought out without any plates, so we asked the food runner to bring some, and she acknowledged our request (which obviously we should not have had to do in the first place). After five minutes of waiting and our food getting cold, I finally flagged down our server. We choose to ask for it to be removed from the order as we did not care to eat cold food. The overall service was quite slow. The food we ate was good, but not 4-star worthy. I guess it's my age, but I can't tolerate poor or lackluster service, and I hope others don't either.
