After visiting Jerome Bettis Grille on a few Sunday afternoons, I find it to be a mediocre sports bar.
The hubby orders the BLT Double Grilled Cheese Ranch Burger every time we visit. It is always cooked as ordered and has scrumptious amounts of bacon and cheese surrounding a juicy burger. I seem to always steer toward the Ultimate Mac 'N Cheese which is actually done really well for restaurant standards.
The service could be a little better as the wait staff always seems to be being pulled in 100 difference directions. Also, there are always so many hosts/hostesses just standing around.
We have never had to wait for a table but know how uncomfortable it would be if we had to as the entry way and hostess stand are practically on top of each other making you dodge people upon entrance and exit. There has got to be some way to rectify this.
They have televisions at the booth's but we have yet to get a working one. It either doesn't even turn on or, if it does, you cannot change the channel it is on.
