I came here for a drug screening (they have a sign outside their door that specifically states that dug screenings are held from 9am-4pm). LabCorp is in the building to the left of the Spring Valley Medical Center, located on the second floor in room 208. It was completely empty when I went on a Thursday around 1. Very clean facility with roughly 20 individual chairs and a bench. A water station is available as well. Their service was simple/ok and the process was quick. I've never been to any other lab in Nevada to compare this lab too but overall it wasn't a bad experience nor was it really awesome. But my expectations were met and it was good enough for me.
