My experience with Malibu was something out of a movie!! My shirt was lost and instead of an apology the lady said "these things happen" and acted like we were supposed to just leave without our shirt. Then while waiting for them to find our shirt (which they never did), a disabled man came in... he was having trouble speaking so his words came out real slowly. The employee actually said "Can you hurry up. I don't have all day." SHOCKING!!! On top of that, the man had an assistance dog and the lady said "We don't allow dogs in here." When another customer responded with "It's an assistance dog" the employee responded with "Anyone can buy those harnesses that say that." It was literally the worst service I have ever seen. We spend around $100 at dry cleaners a month and will be taking our laundry somewhere else.
