If I could give a zero I would. I have had my eyebrows threaded more than a dozen times and never had a problem until now. The first woman didn't listen and I had to repeat what I wanted several times until finally I said that I wasn't sure what more I needed to say.... I have been growing out my eyebrows for 4 weeks, I want a bit of shape and a little thinner. Then her coworker came up and said "give the customer what she wants!" And then she massacred my eyebrow. Just look at the picture. Do they look the same?! I said A LITTLE thinner. Not an inch inwards from my normal growth and pencil thin!!! I can't even say how upset I am! Thankfully a wonderful Mac makeup artist saved me but a picture says a thousand words and all it really needs to say is DO NOT LET THEM DO THIS TO YOUR FACE! Unreal. They have no idea what they are doing and it shows.
