Dr. Kim's office is the best orthodontist I know! Her staff is so friendly and a big shout out to her office staff especially Terri and Irma who are kind, professional and personable. My braces have been out for 15+ years and I still maintain with removable retainers. Dr. Kim replaced my retainer and the experience was great! The quality of the retainer is quality and not flimsy (not like some other ones I've had in the past). I usually dread the mold making process, but it was a piece of cake with Irma's excellent skill. I appreciate her expertise, knowledge and communication and she explains everything thoroughly. I will continue to recommend all my friends in need of ortho work to her!
