I've used this company for over 15 years probably...............I know they have been busy the last few years but the service I received was worth writing a review to for warn all! I personally went in to order new signs and a few other things and was promised 5 business days but they said it would prob be less. The new staff girl was friendly, others seemed busy and annoyed this visit. I had to keep calling the following week to follow up. My order was lost, then sent to another store, then I was told printer was down and so on. Call the other store and was promised someone would get to the bottom of this and call me back asap............that never happened and another week went by. I've given up and now will be working with MacDaniels signs. If you start getting the run around, prob want to cancel your order! Alan B
