Managed to ruin 2 years worth of growth in one visit. I've never gotten an olaplex treatment and so much cut off, and left with my hair feeling worse than before. All I wanted were my roots touched up (highlights) and a trim. I made it clear over and over and over how hard I've been working to get my length, but both senior stylists that worked with my hair didn't listen at all. How do you ask someone if they want a half inch trim, and then take it off to above the shoulders?
They blasted an excessive amount of heat when drying/styling, as the curls were done using a hairdryer and it took quite a while - damaging. They did a trim before curling it, which I was ok with, then chopped off the rest so I couldn't even tell since my hair was curly.
I also find it strange that they charge extra for a toner, it doesn't even last 2 washes. They stripped me of my last 2 years and the hundreds of dollars I've spent.
