I have never dealt with more incompetent individuals in my entire life. They have taken 45 minutes to open up my storage unit two days in a row. The lady finally ended up bringing the key to my storage unit and to nobody's surprise, she had the wrong key. If you're a fan of sitting around , aimlessly twiddling your thumbs, feeling confused, and not storing things quickly then this place is for you!!!
Oh yeah and I went to the office to have the manager bring the key and he just said, 'oh yeah nothing I can do and kept sitting on his ass.' There are so many other storage companies nearby and I would highly recommend avoiding this place at all costs. It's a miracle that this place is still running.
I just went in to get my stuff from the unit and the employee that was responsible for opening my unit was on an hour and a half lunch break. Unbelievable... One positive to take from this was that I then knew that there was a possibility for me to one day have an hour and a half lunch break.
