I moved in alterra 12/15 a 12month lease and during the first year it was great I loved the management team so polite and caring whenever I had an issue in my apartment it was fixed either that same day or next and there was only ONE MAINTENANCE MAN. Close to my lease being up I was looking to resign gladly but they changed management and omg it's HORRIBLE!!! Always an attitude when going in the office or over the phone. And even tho I know I signed an 12 month lease new management insist that I signed an 11 month lease and if I didn't resign my next month was going from 820 to 1000 til I resigned or moved. Being that I didn't find anything I liked I resigned just for my rent to go up. There's Animal poop around my walk way when no one around my apartment has pets then there's always ppl cleaning outside but yet there's dog shit everywhere and trash. Oh and don't have a problem in ur unit either it gets forgotten and u have to constantly call for the same problem or u have to just fix it on ur own oh wait u pay maintenance in ur added on rentthere's like FOUR MAINTENANCE MEN yet u have to wait to get shit fixed and every time u call in they give u that same like "oh there wasn't a work order put in" the last work order I put is was with the manager and for them to hit me with that same line then add on "there's other important issues that had to be taken care of now" like my shit ain't important to meI'm so fed up and looking to break my lease just don't want extra cost so I'm having to look past most and hope and pray nothing goes wrong in my unit. I'm counting down the days and months til my lease over and I will tell anyone I know that thinks to move here don't... u don't want the headache the only way u would get things fixed is going off but why do you have to come out of character to get shit fixed in ur apartment FUCK THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX!!!
