This is by far THE WORST store I have ever been to in my life. The staff treat the customers poorly. I received a phone call that my package was ready to pick up by 6:00pm, so I came at 6:15. The man behind the counter said, "Oh, we can't find you package. It's in a pile and we'll sort through it tomorrow." EXCUSE ME? You can't do YOUR JOB and find my package which I was SCHEDULED to PICK UP? This review will do no justice on just how revolting their manners are to their customers. UPS needs to seriously fire some people. I am utterly and indescribably angry at the staff on this UPS location. If I had a choice, I would've picked my package up at FedEx instead.
