Well, if you are reading a review of a national pizza chain franchise you are probably just concerned about information relating to this SPECIFIC location. I have never had a problem here. The food is exactly the same passable pizza as any other Papa John's. The service is fine as well. The other reviewers aren't wrong though. This shop does seem to be run by a bunch of high school kids. Every time I go in there are maybe two working and the rest are just sitting around. HOWEVER, I have never had a problem here. I have no problem recommending it. Just make sure you order online and USE THEIR COUPONS. Papa John's retail prices are ridiculous.
