We are in process of selling our home and needed inspection of our HVAC after the inspection noticed some rust stained water coming from it...we called them and scheduled an appointment($20 to come out) and were quoted $75 an hour to open HVAC and check for any issues or repairs needed...the tech came out and checked HVAC and reassured us everything was fine without evening needing to open up HVAC even though we had approved the $75 charge...we appreciated the honest assement as from previous experiences I've often found some companies/contractors can take advantage of pre-approvals and try milk as much money out of you as possible but these guys are clearly honest company and they wrote us out a inspection report and everything in the end cost us only $20!!!!!!!
