I've been hearing a lot about Poke lately, so of course when I heard that a restaurant dedicated to this dish would open in Montreal, I had to be one of the first to try... It opened 24 hours ago and I'm already a fan, even if following a non-scheduled customer traffic, I had to wait a while for my order (which is totally normal, you have to give them time to adjust). The Poké Bar is decorated with taste, painted with a soothing blue and very modern. I ordered the Maui Poke, which is made of raw salmon, mango, red onion, salad and avocados (I've added white rice to mine). I also ordered a dessert made of lime and pineapple. It all tasted very good. I was welcomed with smiles and they have apologized for the unexpected delays, you can feel that a lot of work has been put into this project. I would recommend this place to everyone.
