The food is always good, however, the service is not. Every time I order food to go or dine in it takes forever to get your food. I used to work at Panera in college and we had a five minute rule to get food out to the customer and this location takes at least 10 minutes even when they have no one in the restaurant. The staff just doesn't seem like they care too much about getting the food out quickly. Whether it be a salad or a sandwich, it takes a very long time to receive food.
