I have been to this establishment a few months back. I was told I could bring in a project and/or hire for an hour. I have not been treated as poorly on any retail than I just did. Very condescending. I asked if I could show my project. She said as long as it isn't intrusive. I can't fathom intrusive in a bead store. She said she had no suggestions. I mentioned wire where she directed me to an area. Then had the audacity to say I should have planned better. These things are taking into account beforehand. Didn't matter these charms were being made for PTSD awareness. I will not use this business for anything. Please pass this to those who believe in great customer service. I would give a negative number if I could. Shame on this business.
