Disorganization at its best. The front office is akin to a dmv office run by infants. Authorizations that are never called in. Results that are left unnoticed till you call to find out. Dr. Abraham could care less about you. And the saddest part is, I see many older patients in the waiting room that put up with this because they don't have anyone that will help them change their primary doctor. Terrible service. Terrible.
