I brought my high heel leather boots here because the heels had worn down. The gentleman behind the counter of this tiny somewhat cluttered shoe repair shop took a look at my boots, listened to what I wanted and asked me to come back in three days.
Three days later I came back to pick up my boots and the gentleman could not find them! It took 15 minutes for him to find my shoes while I was slowly dying inside as I thought they were lost forever. When the shoes were found in a pile of other shoes I was happy to see that the job on reconstructing the heels were done to perfection and I walked out a happy chappy girl who paid only $14 for the repair. Other places I've been have always charged me more.
I did not like how they lost my shoe in the store but I'll come back!
