This review is for the service department. My wife has taken her car several times to get her oil change with no issue. Yesterday was lady's day and took her car in. The service tech said she needs synthetic oil and would be double the price. I was waiting her her in the parking lot so I went inside and asked the tech why would we need synthetic oil and why have the last 4 oil changes they used regular oil. He then told me I am damaging my engine. Well then I told him you are the one damaging it since you didn't put the correct oil. Talk with the service manager he looked up the correct specs and it says nothing about synthetic oil. I think this was a case of a service manager trying to take advantage of a woman getting a simple oil change.
