WARNING- Do not do business with All My Sons Moving & Storage!!! It is no wonder why this business has only two stars. Actually, I am surprised it is that high. We booked a move with All My Sons the last week of July for Sept 4 (which is Labor day). The representative confirmed that it was labor day and assured us that it did not matter. We agreed to the terms with the representative and set the date and they sent us our contract. Today (august 28), they tell us that they have to cancel due to a holiday. 1 week before the move! They also tell us that they could reschedule for the day prior but they would charge us for the weekend rate, even though they were the ones that agreed to the date. This is already unacceptable, but it gets worse. After a "back and forth" with her manager about what she (Diane) could do for us, we ask if a $35 fee can be waved (tv boxing) for the inconvenience. Diane immediately asked, "what is your problem?" Then we ask to speak with her manager and she says that "he is not here today" (even though she just went back and forth to "check with him" multiple times! Insane! Well, I went on to say (as if i really had to spell this out) that "my problem" is that this is a home move and takes a lot of moving parts that all must coincide to work properly, and that All My Sons cancelled on us last minute because they realized that it was Labor Day. Absolutely not my problem and they did not honor their contract with absolutely no remorse. They actually said, "then you should find another moving company!" and Diane and her manager both got on the phone simultaneously and obnoxiously said, "Have a great day, byeeeeeeee!" So we will (although it is last minute/ thanks for that) Official complaint is also filed with corporate (although they are all privately owned)- I am certain that the name would not want their staff to have this level of customer service. Regards
