I don't write many reviews, as i either need to be blown away good or pissed off mad to make it seem worth my time....this one was GREAT! Before going to the dealership, I shopped online prices for a few of the cars I was looking for. Larry Miller consistently showed up with better prices for lower mileages in almost every vehicle I was considering, so I decided to just go to the dealership assuming one of the cars I saw, I could get to work for me. I was instantly greeted by Syed and quickly found the exact car from online that was at the top of my list (silly me always thought those cars were gimmicks to get me in!). After a 10 minute test drive, I was pretty much sold, but to be sure, we did look at the other cars I saw online and despite one of them having more options, my gut said stick with the one I got, and I love it!! Syed was very knowledgeable about all the features of the car and was easily able to demonstrate everything. After it was apparent I was going to commit to buying this car, I informed Syed that I had to get to work in about 90 minutes. I had almost zero "run around", of course there was a little, but Syed clearly ramped up the urgency to get my deal done...the best part was, I felt it was in a genuine effort to respect my time, not at all for him to insure he "seals the deal".. All in all, I was at the dealership for about 2 and half hours, I got a better financing rate then I expected and purchased the exact car I put on the top of my list while shopping online!! It has now been a few days since I bought the car, and while having small talk with Syed, I shared a story about how after telling Midway Chevrolet that despite giving them my number, calling me would lose me as a customer ---they called me SIX times in the following 36 hours of my test drive!!! Syed just reached out to me today to thank me for my business, but was very clear that he recalled my story and that he was not wanting to bother me, but that the call was mandated. A quick 30 second call....no survey, no begging for referrals, just a genuine thank you....other dealers should take note of how that was done!!! I recommend both Larry Miller Hyundai and specifically Syed. He genuinely listened to everything I said and therefore made the process comfortable and quick....which was a VERY refreshing change from the usual car-buying nightmare we all dread!!!
