There are no decent car washes to speak of in my area so I pulled up Yelp to do a search for car washes. Quality Scrub on State Rd pops up so I go to their website to check them out. I click on the "Current promotions" link and lucky me - a Tuesday special and today is Tuesday!
The special is for a buy one super wash and get one free. See the screen shot i just took from their website.
So I drive all the way up there, get in line and when i get to the front of the line and the gentleman working there asks me which wash i would like, I told him I would like the Tuesday bogo special listed on their website. He tells me they no longer have that!. I pull up their webpage on my phone and show him. He says, let me show the manager. He comes back and says, sorry, the manager says no, we no longer have that.
What the hell... It's on their website. I just recently moved back to this area after living away for 20 years. So I drive all the way up there to be treated this way?. No way.
I told the guy then allow me to back out, I'll go somewhere else.
So instead of providing me with the deal that is advertised on their website, they literally made the line of cars all back up to allow me to get out. What a train wreck.
What a poorly managed business with absolutely no idea on what decent customer service is.
By the way, false advertisement is very illegal.
Get a clue, guy.
