When I first purchased my Audi A5 I was advised there was a recall for a part... I took it right into Audi Henderson and they replaced it with no hesitation! I made an appointment and was in and out under an hour and a half! I enjoyed the snack bar where they provided complimentary coffee and such. The small things makes them now my go to for any other services I may need in the future! Great customer service as I had a horrible experience with Audi on Sahara with my prior Audi and swore I'd never return.
