Went there to get some glass etched, we were treated like second class people. first the woman who was helping us asked where we bought the Memorial Flag case we had, and spoke rudely about its quality and told us the glass would have to be removed before they could work on it. We left the store and returned a short time later with the glass removed, she then told us the glass was to thin to endure their process, telling us to go to a glass shop to get a thicker piece of glass. before leaving we wanted to know how much they would charge for the etching and we were appalled at the price of $1.25 per letter and $25.00 for the Army emblem in all we were looking at about $75.00 for the work. After departing the store it was clear that this place did not want any customers, was very unhelpful and way overpriced, so I Googled away and found Boulevard Trophy I would not recommend A. Flamingo Glass and Engraving, LLC for anything unless you want to be treated like crap. Boulevard Trophy is a class act business and did the work for only $25.00 the staff was friendly and the work was perfectly done in a timely manner. DO NOT GO TO A. Flamingo Glass and Engraving, LLC
