From the moment I walked in to this joint, I had the feeling I was going to get shafted somehow. The salesman in the service department was a no personality creep. One of the things I had to get done was a flat repair, and at $30 it wasn't easy to say yes, but I figured I'd save a trip to the tire shop. So I get a call a few hours later that they couldn't find the leak despite dunking the tire in water. So I get home, get a spray bottle with water and soap, and find the leak in about 30 seconds. I translate this into either these people are lazy, stupid/incompetent, or liars. Who would want to trust these people with your vehicle in any of those scenarios? Not I.
