Terrible customer service experience !
I returned to this Salon after a year of getting a haircut here and asked for a walk in for a haircut. They first told me that someone is available. The person even showed up and started to prepare her station. The host then asked me if I have been there before. I told her that I have been and that I don't remember who helped me and that it was a long time ago.
When she heard that she looked in the computer to see who helped me and then proceeded to call her at home to ask her if she could come in. She said she would not come in for a haircut , but to reschedule me on a different day . I refused and all of a sudden the other girl was busy .
I understand that they try to book people with the initial person and want to create loyalty , but all they did in this situation is lose business . I will never return here . Sometime above all policies they should use good judgement .
