I called several places and was told it would cost me between 75 and 100 dollars for them to come troubleshoot my door. HNS answered quickly, asked me a few troubleshooting type questions then advised he would come by for a quick look. I asked about fee and I was told diagnostic type work was FREE. Travis showed up and quickly got to work. Diagnosed a failing motor and provided me with several options and places to look for further information on each product. I feel like an informed consumer who can make a knowledgeable decision with no pressure. Travis gave me his card and I will contact him once I decide on an opener.
