She was extremely helpful by asking specific questions about my now-fiancé, providing numerous options, walking me through the diamond selection process, and being very aware of my budget.
Jessica helped me select the perfect diamond and setting for popping "the big question." My fiancé absolutely loves her ring, and Jessica even worked with us to have it re-sized so she could wear it on a trip she was taking the next morning to see her parents (my fiancé was equally impressed with their service and friendliness).
