If you have a tech problem and you need to go to Geek Squad, Kaeleb is your guy! He went above and beyond when helping me with my laptop spill. He got everything off of my hard drive, instructed me on how to best take care of my laptop, and even cleaned up part of it (without me asking to). Kaeleb was even there when I went to pick up my hard drive two days later to ensure that everything would run soothly. He was truly phenomenal!! Thank you!
