Dr Parsanko and his staff were awesome. But he retired and the new dentist dr bazargan and her staff are awful. They are rough, rude and try to perform unnecessary services just to make money. I've never had painful cleanings until my last 2 with the new staff. I don't think the technician knows how to clean teeth properly. It hurt so much I was squirming in the chair. She even asked me if I wanted her to leave the tarter on my teeth. Ummm no, but could you stop scraping my gums? In addition, they wanted to replace some cosmetic bonding on one of my teeth, saying it was soft and could cause problems. When the dentist was scraping it she kept scraping my gums as well; it was so painful. After my terrible appointment I decided to get a second opinion; and was advised it was just fine and not to mess with it. And that dentist didn't scrape the crap out of my gums while checking it. I'm never going back here.
