I am sorry I moved my items to this storage facility and will be moving them out next month. I really liked the girl (Maria- a manager from another property) who showed me the unit the first time and I reserved it. The next day I came in with my reservation in hand and spoke with the manager, Eva. She acted as if I was a bother to her. She stated that I did not have a reservation despite the print out I showed her. She was typing in the wrong spelling of my last name and that is why she couldn't find my reservation. She was sighing and seemed disinterested in helping me or completing the paper work. I had my things with me, so I decided to put leave them in unit until I can find another location. Eva is rude, unhelpful and very unfriendly. Bad experience. Many other good choices and places to store your items.
