Appliance Service Unlimited is not the kind of business I usually review, but I have had such great service, I felt like I needed to give them a shout out.
Jerry (Gerry?) from Appliance Service Unlimited came to our house three different times to help with issues we had with our dishwasher, our refrigerator, and our oven. When it rains, it pours, I guess. ;) He was a very quiet, but super knowledgeable. He explained to my husband exactly what he was doing and why. He also helped us find a cheaper part to replace the broken one in our fridge, which otherwise would have needed to be removed and sent infor repair, rendering our refrigerator unusable for a few weeks (excellent business model there, Jenn-Air!). He also gave us some options when his original plan to fix our oven didn't work. He never once tried to convince us we needed something expensive. He gave us excellent options and advice regarding our appliance issues.
I like that Appliance Service Unlimited gives you a window of time for the day they are scheduled, but if you call after 9:30 that day they can give you a shortened window. They also call a few minutes before they arrive to give you a heads up. Also, when I completely forgot he was coming the third visit today, Jerry was so kind as to give me a few extra minutes to clean up my mess of a kitchen. I fully trust Jerry and Appliance Service Unlimited. I would recommend them over and over to anyone in the Middleton area looking for a repair person.
