I love Nordstrom as a company. I shop at this store, online and at the Rack anytime I'm near one. Sadly I've had some poor customer service experiences at this store. Most recently I brought some items given as gifts for a return. The items were in boxes which I thought implied that they were a gift. The person helping me with the return processed the return and credited the items back to the card they were purchased on as opposed to store credit. When I said that I didn't purchase the items and that they were a gift (hence the gift boxes), she scolded me and made me feel like a jerk. For a company that touts their customer service, something is lacking in Pittsburgh. Such a bummer.
