I had been using this service for several years, I paid diligently online then recently started to pay by check as their website was getting extremely difficult too nearly impossible to navigate, one check they claimed never reached them, I was forced to pay again by credit card, so I called my bank to stop any attempt to cash that check. After further calls to inquire what was going on and having to listen to hostile reps and agents I was FINALLY informed they were bought by a huge company from the UK called RENTOKILL which had a corporate office in Pennsylvania, USA and were busy for a long time buying other exterminating companies in California, Arizona and across the country. At the same time it became painfully obvious the client services contract/agreement was changed without informing me. I was also told I forfeit termite spraying and protection if I changed servicing from month to month to every other month(?) It was lunacy so I decided it was time to end service with RENTOKILL completely before they raise the cost on my monthly service again and deal with a lot of inept egotists with harsh attitudes. Beware of RENTOKILL!
