I need a gas line and a air handler installed for my commercial building. The gas line quotes I received were ridiculous. I know that it can be dangerous and there is a lot of liability with gas lines for the contractor. They gave me a pretty decent price for the work and the gas line inspection passed on the first inspection.
I didn't put in a heat pump unit cause it would use up electricity even in the winter. The gas line was more money upfront but worth it in the long run for sure.
