This is the worst appliance repair company I've ever dealt with. We hired William to fix my bosses' stove ignitor. We scheduled a day and time for him to come out which happened to be a Saturday. He showed up 30-40 minutes late. He then proceeded to begin the job and examine the stove for the specific parts he needed to buy. Upon putting all the parts of the stove back together, he broke the stove top glass by accident. William promised he would come back Monday to replace the glass he broke free of charge because it was his fault. By then he would also have the necessary parts to fix the stove. The store to buy the parts from was closed on weekends. Giving him the benefit of the doubt, I trusted him and waited until Monday to hear from him. Once I contacted William on Monday, he gave me an excuse of how he had gotten into a car accident right after leaving my bosses' house last Saturday. He said he would contact me to schedule a day and time to come out. 4 weeks later, still no call or text back after leaving several messages and texting him for the past 4 weeks everyday. Don't trust this man in your home. Now we have to deal with fixing the glass this scammer broke. Instead of fixing our problems he ended up causing more problems for us.
