A busy Starbucks that's located just inside the Terminal 4 TSA checkpoint, they are apparently never going to be "good" at it. Busy, slow, in between, it doesn't matter - they are consistently incompetent. It is a mistake to order here, their disorganization and ambivalence about getting your order right (they're usually morose, sometimes rude, and never cheerful) is chronic. And some dirty water flowing from the back, under the door and out to the front of the cafe, today. Never going back, for real this time. Learned my lesson.
