Second time in a week we had problems at Otro. The first time was lunch when chicken was added to a salad. The chicken was like rubber and had to be taken off the salad. The second time was last night, June 11. Ordered dinner for 4 and only 3 dinners showed up. A salad was also ordered with fish. The fish was ice cold. Our server in both cases took the inferior meals off of our bill to Otro's credit. However, as one of my favorite places, I hate to see what appears to be a disjointed effort resulting in substandard meals.
